2. Data we collect

Your mobile number, name, e-mail address, company details (company and VAT numbers, if you add them for invoices), the messages you send us through forms and tickets, your orders and subscriptions, and the transaction hashes of crypto payments. Our website counts visits with its own cookie-less statistics (no personal profiles, no third-party tracking unless you allow it).

3. How we use it

To provide and support our products and services, process orders and payments, send service messages (such as sign-in codes, order and renewal notices), answer your requests and meet our legal obligations. We send marketing messages only if you opt in, and you can opt out at any time.

4. Legal bases

Performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in running and improving our services, your consent (marketing) and legal obligations (accounting records), under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

5. Sharing

We share data only with the providers we need to run our services — hosting, SMS delivery (Twilio) and crypto payment processing (NOWPayments) — under data-processing agreements, or when the law requires it. We never sell your data.

6. Retention

Account and order data is kept while your account is active and for up to 6 years afterwards for accounting purposes. Raw visit statistics are deleted after about 13 months.

7. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, object to processing or withdraw consent by e-mailing info@zonansystem.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

8. Security

We use encrypted connections, access controls, audit logs and regular backups to protect your data.
